Steve possesses over 24 years of extensive experience in supporting large companies' present and upcoming commercial real estate needs. Corporate headquarters, local or regional offices, call centers, educational and instructional centers, along with manufacturing and engineering facilities are a number of the real estate needs Steve has assisted with. In addition, he has contributed in site selection and construction of build-to-suits for national and international companies.
Being the Overall Top Producer in Central Florida for Commercial Real Estate for eight years in a row (1998-2005) displays Steve's high expectations, goals, and accomplishments. He consistently delivers the highest quality of service to his clients by anticipating their real estate needs.
Before creating Coughlin Commercial, Steve excelled at working for a prominent commercial real estate company as well as regional and national developers. He graduated from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina with a degree in Economics and continued on to obtain his MBA in Finance from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Steve is a member of Central Florida Real Estate Society, Leadership Orlando, American Heart Association, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and is on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society.
Joe has focused primarily on Orange County Office and Industrial properties since 2001. He specializes in representing tenants in its building or site selection, financial and market analysis, proposal analysis and lease/contract evaluation. Over the past 4 years, Joe has leased or sold over 450,000 SF. This outstanding record was achieved through Joe's passion for what he does. His honesty, integrity and attention to client's needs illustrate his dedication to success.

Paul joined Coughlin Commercial in 2008 as an associate focused on representing the real estate needs of law firms, technology firms, manufacturing facilities and corporations throughout Florida. His client service expertise, market knowledge, and space efficiency comprehension have allowed him to provide his clients market leverage to achieve optimal results. Since starting with Coughlin, Paul's transaction volume is in excess of 10 million dollars. Prior to joining Coughlin, Paul was an associate with an international commercial real estate firm specializing in landlord representation.
Paul graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate.
